The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. The item needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit. Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken by the consumer. andcares.se must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cooling-off period has not passed before the goods are sent back. The return takes place via PostNord using a QR code that is sent by SMS and email after your contact with us. Packages that are sent by other shipping methods and end up with an agent will not be picked up but will be returned to the sender.
We charge a return shipping fee of SEK 50, the cost is charged in connection with crediting for your return. A confirmation email is sent when the return has been processed. Return processing can take up to two weeks.
If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself, you can do that at klarna.se . When we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, including any shipping costs (not the return shipping), but within 30 days at the latest. If you have paid by invoice or direct payment, we transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by card, we will credit the return amount to your card.
